Intrusive Thoughts

Unacceptable thoughts –  Intrusive Thoughts

If you suffer with these then you are probably suffering with a condition  that is part of OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder)

Examples include: thoughts or images about sex (e.g. being a paedophile when you are not) or about being violent (stabbing a baby when that is totally against your values and beliefs), immoral or sacrilegious (when you are religious). Thoughts about killing yourself (when you don’t want to) or doubts about whether you truly love your partner (when you do). Doubts about your sexual orientation (for example being gay when you are actually not gay)

Existential Obsessions: Why do I exist? What will happen when I die? Am I in a computer program like the Matrix? Will God be offended? Have I left another world behind? Am I in the wrong place? Are the people around me real? Do I have a head?

This is a treatable condition – don’t suffer alone – contact me and ask for help. Below I have attached some more info for you to read
